Acerca de Karla
Karla counts with over fifteen years of experience mentoring individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. She is the co-founder of Transformed Marriages and coordinator of the Marriage Preparation Program at Ave Maria Parish ,Fl.
In addition to her role as the Year 1 English Overseer for the Encounter School of Ministry Online Campus, Karla is a certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach. Her training includes certifications in CliftonStrengths® Accompaniment, Golden Personality, and Conflict Dynamics assessments. She holds a bachelor's degree in Interpretation.
Her formation includes training through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, Unbound Ministries, Catholic Parts Work (IFS), and the Theology of the Body Institute.

Karla es una ex-alumna de la Escuela de Ministerio Encounter.
Karla también está Certificada por Human Formation Coalition HFC en Acompañamiento Clifton Strengths ® .
Entre otras certificaciones, Karla obtuvo su Certificación en Liderazgo y Gestión del Talento del Workplace Coach Institute (WCI) en 2013 y se capacitó en el Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), ambos institutos acreditados y aprobados por la International Coaching Federation (ICF).
