About Karla
Karla counts with over fifteen years of experience mentoring individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. She is the co-founder of Transformed Marriages and coordinator of the Marriage Preparation Program at Ave Maria Parish ,Fl.
In addition to her role as the Year 1 English Overseer for the Encounter School of Ministry Online Campus, Karla is a certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach. Her training includes certifications in CliftonStrengths® Accompaniment, Golden Personality, and Conflict Dynamics assessments. She holds a bachelor's degree in Interpretation.
Her formation includes training through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, Unbound Ministries, Catholic Parts Work (IFS), and the Theology of the Body Institute.

Karla is an alumni of Encounter School of Ministry.

Karla is also Certified by Human Formation Coalition HFC in Clifton Strengths® Accompaniment.​
Among other certifications, Karla earned her Leadership & Talent Management Certification from the Workplace Coach Institute (WCI) in 2013 and she trained at Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), both of which are International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved credentialed Institutes.
